How cute is your house!!!!! I love it:) Do you mind if I ask you what rent is like up there? I'm always curious about rents elsewhere what with the insane amounts we pay here.
Well, my roommate and I rent only the top floor of the house. So it's actually a pretty small 2 bedroom apartment, but even still I love it. To answer your question, I'd say Seattle rent tends to be around 3/4 of what LA rent is.
